Business problem
PAYearned needed a clearer product and marketing experience across billing-document exports, subscription management, and document access.
User problem
Construction teams encountered friction when creating billing documents, changing subscription plans, and returning to a document after subscribing.
My ownership
Own end-to-end product design for the progress-billing platform.
Created information architecture, wireframes, responsive behavior, high-fidelity prototypes, acceptance criteria, implementation details, and developer handoff.
Constraints
Construction billing workflows must preserve required document structure and details.
The experience spans authenticated workflows, subscription decisions, document access, and the public website.
Research and evidence
Used product analytics, GA4, A/B testing, SEO, conversion tracking, and email insights to inform product and growth-design decisions.
The evidence used for each workstream remains to be added.
Important decisions
Redesigned billing-document exports.
Improved subscription-plan visibility, billing transparency, and upgrade flexibility.
Designed continuity from a download paywall through plan selection and back to the requested document.
Modernized the public-facing website.
Collaboration
Partnered with product and engineering on responsive behavior, acceptance criteria, implementation details, developer handoff, and design QA.
Systems thinking
Connected subscription selection, account state, paywall behavior, and document access as one continuous workflow.
